Pleasant, perfect with an efficient reception. Quiet, airy room with a really comfy bed, and superfriendly staff.

Everything was fine, nonetheless we stayed for 2 nights only. Our suite was equipped with an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. The staff was caring, attentive.

Fairly clean and quiet accom with brilliant location short walk to the University, the centre and bus stop.

It was fairly clean inside. The rooms with powerful shower, a work desk, as example.

reception was bright. the breakfasts here were reasonable with coffee, pastries, toast. had easy check-in experience and the staff was competent.

Incredibly HELPFUL staff throughout. Genting Casino Edgbaston was set 10 minutes walk away. Right next to genting casino edgbaston and other sightseeing areas. The hotel was very close to Birmingham Snow Hill train station.
